That flexibility is real, but it also comes with trade-offs in weight, efficiency, and handling. Here is what deserves your attention before you choose.

What Makes an Off Road Fat Tire Ebike Different?

Fat tire e-bikes typically use tires around 4 inches wide, sometimes wider. That larger contact patch helps the tire float over soft or unstable surfaces instead of cutting straight into them. On gravel, dry dirt, sand, and snow, that can make a noticeable difference in control.
