Refund Policy

At Scooter Fresh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition — unused and unassembled
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or with a non-returnable designation
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications
