File a Protection Plan Claim
If your product is covered under a Scooter Fresh Protection Plan, use the button below to submit your claim. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days.
Before submitting, please have the following ready:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or defect (email photos to support@scooterfresh.com with your order number in the subject line)
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your claim, we will verify your protection plan coverage and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account automatically.
Note: A $50 deductible applies to all approved claims.
