Financing FAQ
Do I need good credit?
No. Scooter Fresh financing requires no credit check and offers guaranteed approval.
What products are eligible for financing?
All products except accessories are eligible for financing.
How much do I pay upfront?
50% of the order total is due at checkout to secure your order.
How are the remaining payments collected?
Your payment method is securely saved at checkout. The remaining 50% is automatically split into 12 equal monthly payments and charged to your saved payment method on the same date each month — no action needed on your end.
Is there interest?
No. You pay only the product price — nothing more. 0% interest, no hidden fees.
When does my order ship?
After your deposit is collected and your financing agreement is e-signed. You have 48 hours from when the agreement is sent to complete signing — unsigned agreements will result in order cancellation and deposit refund.
Can I pay off early?
Yes. Contact us anytime at support@scooterfresh.com to pay off your remaining balance early.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been processed. Your deposit will be refunded. Once the order has been processed or shipped, deposits are non-refundable.
What if I miss a payment?
Missed payments may result in account suspension and referral to a collections agency for the outstanding balance. Contact us immediately at support@scooterfresh.com if you’re having trouble.
