Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

We ship to all 50 US states. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — look for the free shipping badge on eligible products.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
