Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Scooter Fresh offers in-house financing through a recurring payment plan. By selecting a financing option at checkout, you agree to the following cancellation terms.

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your financing agreement within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email support@scooterfresh.com immediately with your order number. Your deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. Our standard 30-day return policy applies — see our Refund Policy at scooterfresh.com/pages/refund-policy for full details.

How Recurring Payments Work

Your payment method is automatically charged on a monthly basis per the financing agreement you signed at checkout. Payments continue until the balance is paid in full. To pay off your remaining balance early, email support@scooterfresh.com at any time.

Missed Payments

Missed payments may result in account suspension and referral to a collections agency for the outstanding balance.
