Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Look for the free shipping badge on eligible products at checkout.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Absolutely! We carry models for all experience levels, from beginner-friendly hoverboards to high-performance e-bikes. Check each product's description for recommended skill level and specs.
Do the products come assembled?
Most products require minimal assembly. Each item includes an instruction manual, and many come mostly pre-assembled right out of the box.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
