1.There is a one-year warranty from the day of purchase.
2.In 3 months, We can send free repair components, shipping cost by buyer.
3.After more than 3 months, except for the components during the warranty period, the other repair components and shipping cost will be paid by the buyer
Suggestion:Please fully charge the battery after receiving the scooter. It i recommended to charge the scooter regularly (once a week) to improve the stability and life of the battery.
**Warranty becomes invalid if the followings occur↓↓↓
1.Haven't maintained according to this manual.
2.Broken parts caused by dangerous actions.
3. Disassembling and assembling by users or use of parts of other brands.Broken parts resulting from traffic accidents or impact from external force by users.
4.Water ingress and lost serial number.
5.Broken parts caused by riding on very bad roads.
6.Rental scooter's broken parts caused by force majeure.

**About return and refund↓↓↓
1. Defective or wrong items will be replaced or refunded after receiving the photos to prove it. Unfinished order, refund will be offered through dispute. Order completed, refund will be offered by Paypal.
2. You can return to us the products you purchased, even the ones in perfect condition, but the buyer should pay the return shipping fee.
In this case, buyers pay a shipping fee on their own to return the goods for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the release of replacements. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

We place great importance on your experience upon receiving your product. If your scooter arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
1. Photos or videos clearly showing the damage to both the outer packaging and the scooter
2. Tracking number and order number
3. A brief description of the damage
Types of Shipping Damage & Solutions↓↓↓
1. Minor Damage (Does not affect usage)
Examples:
· Light paint scratches
· Small scuffs
· Minor cosmetic defects
According to the Consumer Rights Act, such items are still considered acceptable and customers do not have the right to unilaterally return the product.If it's just that the packaging is damaged, there is no need to compensate.
However, we will offer a goodwill compensation.
2. Repairable Damage (Functional parts damaged but replaceable)
Examples:
· Broken mudguard
· Cracked brake cover
· Loose handlebars
· Detached power cables, etc.
We will first assess whether the issue can be resolved with replacement parts.
If confirmed repairable, we will prioritize sending the needed parts.
3. Severe Damage (Scooter unusable and beyond repair)
Examples:
· Frame breakage
· Severe control system failure
If confirmed as irreparable, we will prioritize a replacement shipment.
Important Notes
Do not use the product before taking photo/video evidence, or we may be unable to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping.
If you fail to report the damage within 7 days, we may be unable to offer compensation.
Damage caused by human error (misuse or accidents after delivery) is not covered under our after-sales policy.
